BritneySpearsBrandSense230.jpgLos Angeles Superior Court Judge Reva Goetz has ruled that Britney Spears' medical records be kept private in a dispute involving the company Brand Sense.

Brand Sense requested access to Spears' confidential medical information to collect evidence in its $10 million lawsuit against the singer.

The company claims it was robbed of a 35 percent from Spears' Elizabeth Arden fragrance agreement.

In July, it was decided that Spears was not competent enough to testify in the case (Spears' father, Jamie, still has conservatorship of her affairs.) Brand Sense was hoping to prove otherwise -- using the medical records to help.

But Goetz said Brand Sense didn't have good enough reason to get the info.

In June, Spears' former manager, Sam Lutfi, was denied a similar request in his libel case against Spears and her mother.

In other Spears news, it's confirmed that a certain celeb will be joining her on the European leg of her Femme Fatale tour -- keep reading to find out who!
