Courteney Cox just keeps getting better with age!

The Cougar Town star showed off her ultra-fit physique in a body-hugging tee and skin-tight jeans as she stepped out for lunch with a male friend in Beverly Hills, on Wednesday.

The former Friends star has reportedly been working overtime on her fitness, in preparation for Cougar Town's new season.

Apparently the 47-year-old stunner will be stripping down to nearly nothing in many of her upcoming scenes for the upcoming third season, and she has to be in perfect shape, of course!

The upcoming episodes are expected to be much hotter and promise to show a lot more skin -- that's one way to boost the ratings!
