WarrenNoJail230.jpgModel/actress Estella Warren has escaped jail time over the DUI she was charged with when she crashed her Prius in May.

In a statement, she said:

    “I take my actions and their consequences very seriously. I can’t express enough how grateful I am that no one was injured or hurt. Moving forward I am focusing all my efforts on my career, my family and being a good influence to others."


Warren, 32, plead guilty to DUI charges in return for probation and paid a little more than $1,000 in fines. She will also take court-ordered alcohol classes.
