Halle Berry has been granted a restraining order against Richard A. Franco, the man accused of stalking the Oscar-winning actress at her L.A. home.
The order, which will be in effect for three years, prevents the obsessed fan from getting within 100 yards of her and three-year-old daughter Nahla.
Back on July 11, Franco was arrested after climbing over a wall on Berry's property. He also attempted to break in to her guest house.
After the incident, the actress had written a petition stating she was "extremely frightened."
