Kim Kardashian may be running humdrum errands all day, but that doesn't mean she can't dress to the nines. Her every move is being photographed, after all!

Speaking of clothing, the Kardashian sisters launched the Kardashian Kollection for Sears this week. While many of the pieces in the collection were sold out within one or two days, the girls are in some hot water over one of their "exclusive" designs.

Posh handbag line Botkier is accusing the Kardashians of copying one of their designs from their 2004 “Trigger Clyde” line. Why all the fuss? The sisters released a leopard-print handbag this week that looks identical to the Botkier bag.

After discovering the Kardashian Kollection handbag on the Sears website this week, the brand took to their blog: “We just discovered how our Botkier ‘Clyde’ was simply copied by Kardashian Kollection for Sears. They say imitation is the highest form of flattery but we don’t think so…"

The company is now preparing to send a cease and desist letter to Sears and are also requesting the help of the CFDA, which just launched a You Can’t Fake Fashion campaign to prevent ‘copycat’ situations such as this.

Pics of the bag have since been removed by Sears.com, but you can check out a side-by-side of both bags after the jump.
