EXCLUSIVE VIDEO - Lady Gaga Puts Down Fan's Tattoo Idea

Lady Gaga had fans in a frenzy as she left the Chateau Marmont in LA on Saturday.
One fan, who was holding back tears, told Gaga she'd been waiting to meet her for 12 hours and asked Gaga to sign her arm so she could get a tattoo of the signature. But Gaga nixed the idea, telling the fan, "Don't tattoo it."
As crazy as Gaga can sometimes appear, apparently she's still pretty level-headed! Tattoos are forever, girl! Watch the exchange in our exclusive video below.
Gaga stayed mum when asked about why she didn't Tweet back to Britney Spears last week -- Spears had Tweeted a thank you to Gaga for coming to one of her concerts. But, Gaga has to use her Tweets sparingly -- she's promised that her video for "You and I" wil be her 1000th Tweet, and she's already up to 994.

After leaving, X17 caught Gaga taking a private jet out of the Van Nuys airport.
With fans like that, she probably has to!
We're loving Gaga's more normal looks -- like the black-and-yellow dress she wore Saturday, lately. Her looking normal is the only way she can shock us after the infamous meat dress!
