Lindsay Lohan can't resist a good concert! The 25-year-old starlet put her surfboard away to catch a performance of Adele at the Hollywood Palladium.

The Mean Girls Star has been working on her fitness lately ... surfing, jogging and riding her bike around Venice. Great to see Linds enjoying her summer in so many different ways.
