MTV Video Music Awards' Complete List Of Winners

The ladies ruled the night at MTV's VMAs this year, with both Adele and Katy Perry taking home three Moonmen each, and Perry winning the biggest award of the night: Video of the Year.
The voluptuous singer, who showed up in a sexy Asian-inspired ensemble complete with parasol, also took home a Moonman for Best Collaboration and Best Special Effects for E.T. featuring Kanye West.
Adele nabbed VMAs for Best Art Direction, Best Cinematography, and Best Editing. Lady Gaga, decked out in drag as her alter ego "Joe Calderone", kicked off the show with a performance of her hit, You and I, before winning awards for Best Female Video and the VMA's newest category, Best Video with a Message.
A beaming Beyoncé, who announced her pregnancy and debuted a growing baby bump at tonight's show, was honored with the Best Choreography award for Run The World (Girls). Justin Bieber also went home with just one Moonman for Best Male Video, U Smile.
A tan and toned Britney Spears showed up in a sexy Moschino playsuit to accept the award for Best Pop Video for 'Till the World Ends. The Femme Fatale singer made sure to include BF Jason Trawick in her acceptance speech, confessing, "Jason I love you" after her win. Brit was also honored by Lady Gaga and given the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award.
