BSpearsFLORES061010_001_X17230WM.jpgBritney Spears' former bodyguard Fernando Flores is making new accusations against the pop star saying she's guilty of child abuse, according to Star.

According to court papers filed on September 6 with the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services, Flores says the "Toxic" singer "deliberately and recklessly" gave her sons crabmeat despite knowledge of their allergies to seafood. Flores also says Britney displayed "concomitant neglect and even hostility" at one point towards her eldest son, Sean Preston.

At the time of the alleged incident, Flores adds that the 29-year-old singer screamed, “If he (Flores) doesn’t like it he can f**king leave. I’ll do it again if it bothers him so much; they’re my kids.”

This isn't Flores' first legal filing against Spears. Last September, he filed a $10 million sexual harassment lawsuit against Spears ... alledging the singer exposed herself to him. The case is ongoing.

Britney's camp has yet to issue a statement.
