She may have had a baby just six weeks ago, but Jessica Alba is so light she appeared to be walking on air as she left a meeting in Beverly Hills, on Tuesday.

The Spy Kids 4 star has been ultra busy whipping her post baby bod back into shape, and she's been sticking to a very rigorous fitness regime.

Earlier this month Alba shared advice with new moms who are trying to ditch the baby weight via Twitter, while also sharing her own workout routine -- a mix of interval training, circuit training with light weights, and plyometrics.

Running around after two little girls probably helps a bit, too!
