Lisa Vanderpump won't be leaving the 90210 zip code any time soon.

Just days after selling her 17,000-square foot home, she has purchased a $10.2 million mansion, also located in Beverly Hills.

Downsizing from the estate featured on the Bravo reality series, Lisa's new 5-bedroom, 8-bath pad is a mere 8,000 sq. feet. It boasts a two-story library, a spa-like master sweet and a pool.

Who knew that was downsizing!
