Angelina Jolie Heads To Libya For The First Time

Angelina Jolie is taking on her United Nations Goodwill Ambassador role once again, but this time she's headed to Libya for the first time.
The actress told Reuters on Tuesday:
- "I have come to Libya for a variety of reasons, to see a country in transition at every level and to witness efforts to fully realize the promise of the Arab Spring. I will be meeting with officials from all sides, but above all, listening to the local people in the street. I am here to express solidarity with them."
Though Jolie has never visited the country before, she has met with Libyan refugees many times, including in Malta earlier this year.
