Heidi, Seal And The Kids Get Ready For Their Favorite Holiday

Over the weekend Heidi Klum and hubby Seal took Henry, Johan, Leni and Lou to Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch in West Hollywood, and after that the supermodel/supermom was spotted taking her boys to a Halloween party. Heidi made a solo appearance at the Patch last week, so we're happy to see her bringing the rest of the family out for pumpkin picking!

While Heidi hasn't dropped any hints as to what she's going to dress up as this year, it looks like she's already picked out plenty of cute costumes for her little ones!
