Jessica Alba Sues Weight Loss Company For $1 Million

Jessica Alba is suing pregnancy weight loss aid Belly Bandit for $1 million.

The now mother-of-two says the company has been using her name and likeness to endorse their product without her knowledge.

She and husband Cash Warren also have daughter Honor.

According to Alba's lawsuit, Belly Bandit listed her named under a Celebrity Testimonials section on its site, saying: "Jessica Alba's Secret for a Fast Post Pregnancy Slimdown!"

The actress is also seeking a portion of the company's profits.

Alba gave birth to her second child, daughter Haven, in August.
