It's going to be a busy year for Demi Moore!
After signing on to executive produce three series for Lifetime Television, the newly single star is set to appear in a cameo roll as feminist activist Gloria Steinem in the upcoming biopic "Lovelace," which centers on the life of the world's first porn star, Variety reports.
Ashton Kutcher's ex will costar alongside a celeb-studded ensemble cast including Amanda Seyfried as Linda Lovelace (a role once belonging to Lindsay Lohan), Adam Brody, Eric Roberts, Peter Sarsgaard, Sharon Stone, Juno Temple, Wes Bentley, Hank Azaria, Chris Noth, and James Franco, who just signed on to do a cameo as Playboy founder Hugh Hefner.
Steinem's connection to the Deep Throat star came when her magazine, Ms. Magazine, published the infamous article "The Real Linda Lovelace" in which Lovlace's abusive relationship with her pornographer husband, Chuck Traynor, was first revealed.
A release date for Lovelace has not yet been set, but now that Demi's been added, we're even more anxious to see it!
One of the series Moore is developing for Lifetime is entitled "The Conversation," an hour-long talk show, hosted by Brit TV personality Amanda de Cadenet, which will premiere this spring. We're so happy to see Demi keeping busy for the New Year!
