berry082611_06_X17WM230WM.jpgHalle Berry's stalker, Richard Franco, pleaded no contest this afternoon to felony stalking the Oscar-winning actress at her LA home. The incident occurred last July.

In exchange for his plea, a felony burglary charge was dropped.

The judge has instructed Franco to stay 200 yards from the actress and serve a total of 386 days in jail. He's already served 193 days.

Once he completes his sentence, Franco will also have to serve 5 years probation and one year of psychological counseling.

Halle's restraining order was also extended three more years ... keeping Franco at least 200 yards away from the actress for ten years total.
