llohangauche093011_01_X17WM230.jpgPolice were called to Lindsay Lohan's Venice Beach pad after 64-year-old Lonnie Short repeatedly knocked on her door just after 6:30pm on Sunday.

The 25-year-old actress was home at the time and was "petrified", according to various online reports.

Lindsay reportedly came to the door and asked who he was, and Short told her that he needed to speak with her.

After a 911 call was made, police arrived and arrested Short for trespassing. He was taken to an LA police station and booked.

No word on whether it was Lindsay who made the 911 call.
