X17 has one of the only photos of Whitney Houston's body as it was taken from the Beverly Hilton hotel to the Los Angeles County coroner's office last night around midnight.
The coroner has completed an autopsy, according to a TMZ report; but results may not be released for another 4 - 6 weeks.
For now, the cause of death is unknown, but reports claim Houston was found underwater in the bathtub of her Beverly Hilton hotel room just before 3:30pm Saturday. Emergency services responded in 20 minutes and made multiple attempts to revive the singer, without success. Houston was pronounced dead at 3:55pm.
Multiple reports claim Houston was acting strangely in hours and even days before her death. She did an impromptu performance at Tru nightclub Tuesday night (X17online has the video here).
Whitney turned up to rehearsals for Clive Davis' pre-Grammy party "disheveled in mismatched clothes," according to the LA Times -- her hair wet with sweat. "The singer smelled of alcohol and cigarettes" and "displayed erratic behavior" by "flailing her hands" while speaking to singers Monica and Brandy, according to the report.
A source tells People, Houston was "twitching her nose constantly" and ranting to Monica about what she was to wear to the annual event. "I don't wear no blue. I don't want no goddamn blue," she reportedly said.
Tuesday night at Tru, Houston fought with singer Stacy Francis after the less-famous performer failed to recognize Whitney, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
