Last week Adam Levine announced plans for his first fragrances for men and women, and while it seems like the logical direction for a singer/TV star who wants to sell out, let's not forget that Adam tweeted almost exactly a year ago, “I also would like to put an official ban on celebrity fragrances. Punishable by death from this point forward.”

Aguilera posted a link to the tweet above and wrote, "Haha @AdamLevine. What a difference a year makes... Welcome to the celebrity fragrance family!"

According to a release, the scents, which will be called 222, will “reflect [his] personality and style” and retail for $36-$65. So far the Maroon 5 frontman has yet to comment on his tweet from last year...
