Britney Spears Turns Down $10 Million Offer To Join X Factor

Opps, she did it again!

After it was reported that Britney Spears was "this close" to signing on as a judge for the upcoming season of X Factors, she has decided to reject the $10 million paycheck, according to reports.

Miss B allegedly rejected the offer three weeks ago, and is instead considering making the leap to Las Vegas, to become a resident performer like Celine Dion. LOVE this idea!

Apparently it was show creator Simon Cowell who was dead set on bringing the Princess of Pop to his flailing show, after ratings from the first season were less than stellar, and Paula Abdul, Steve Jones and Nicole Scherzinger failed to bring any added drama.

There are now two empty judge's seats that Cowell is scrambling to fill. Maybe Janet Jackson will reconsider?
