Plus, Ms. Barrymore wasn't shy about carrying a box of Premium saltine crackers earlier this week. Yep, those are known to fight off morning sickness.

Barrymore and fiance Will Kopelman hit the streets of Paris for an afternoon shopping spree. Drew was all smiles as she cruised to Chanel and Saint-Germain des Pres. Tres bien!
