Over the weekend we spotted Jessica Simpson cruising around town with her BFF Cacee, and the mom-to-be looked a bit annoyed when we snapped her hitting a patch of traffic in Beverly Hills.

Of course, Jess perked up later in the day when she received a care package from a fellow famous face! The 31-year-old singer tweeted a photo of some goodies and wrote, "Thanks @jessicaalba for sending me amazing products from @honest!! I'm obsessed with all of the diaper patterns!"
