Kim Kardashian tends to date professional athletes but is she now looking to get a bit sporty herself?

The reality star is known more for her ability to balance a Hermes bag on one arm and five shopping bags on the other, than she is for her backhand, but it seems the pretty lady is taking up tennis!

We caught Kim in Calabasas yesterday, buying a tennis racket and, no doubt, some cute tennis skirts (probably from Stella McCartney's line for Adidas), with mom Kris not far behind.

Maybe Kim is looking for LOVE on the court???
