Kim Kardashian Says She's "Armenian And Hairy" To Defend Herself In New Lawsuit

Kim Kardashian is being sued by beauty company Radiant over claims she's falsely endorsed a competitor's hair removal product, but the reality TV starlet says she was telling the truth when she started using the beauty treatment.
According to Radiant, Kim falsely stated that TRIA, a home laser hair-removal kit, works all over the body and has permanent results. Radiant says the product is only intended to be used on the face, and her endorsement has put their hair-remover no!no! "at an unfair disadvantage."
Kim has asked the court to dismiss her from the lawsuit, saying her statement was an honest reflection of her opinion. She said, "Being Armenian and hairy, I thought [TRIA] was the perfect product." Yeah, she went there! But will it work?
Think she'll win this legal battle?
