Although Lindsay Lohan's original flight plans to Washington D.C. were derailed due to a long night of partying, the Mean Girls star still made it to the prestigious 98th Annual White House Correspondents' Dinner, looking glam in a plunging ebony gown.
But while Lilo's hair and makeup looked flawless, the halter-top of her dress seemed to sag a bit -- and she was definitely braless!
La Lohan, who brought lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley as her date, sat at the Fox News table at the Washington Hilton right next to former Presidential hopeful Rick Santorum.
