We have to admit, both ladies went for gowns that were less than "Presidential" in overall appearance, but while Lindsay Lohan forgot to pack a bra in her rush to make the plane to Washington D.C., Kim Kardashian covered almost everything up in a frumpy green velvet ensemble.

Aside from the fact that she was flashing some major side-boob, it also appeared La Lohan totally forgot to iron the front of her dress before she thew it on -- the girl was in a time crunch after all!

But what was Kim K's excuse? She had plenty of time (and money!) to select a couture gown with a little more pizzaz than this! Miss Kardashian must be too busy with new beau Kanye West to focus on frivolous things like fashion at the moment.
