The Beverly Hills Police Department has ruled that Whitney Houston died from an accidental drowning, and there was no foul play involved in her death.
The Grammy winning singing passed away on February 11 in her bathroom at the Beverly Hilton hotel, and after spending two months investigating her death, authorities have finally closed the case.
The Los Angeles County Coroner's office previously stated that cocaine was a contributing factor in her death, and the BHPD note that no one tampered with the evidence on the scene, as they found cocaine residue and powder inside her room.
