Looking fit and fabulous in swim trunks on Malibu beach, David Duchovny took the opportunity to show off his sexy 'bod while throwing a football around in the ocean on, Saturday afternoon.
The Golden Globe winner is currently enjoying a much-needed break from filming the sixth season of his hit Showtime series, Californication, and he's also gearing up to begin filming the upcoming dramedy, Relative Insanity, costaring Maggie Grace and Helen Hunt.
The X Files star may be nearing his 52nd birthday, but with those perfect abs and toned biceps, you'd never know it!
