Hilary Duff took her 3-month-old son Luca to the doctor's office this morning, and tomorrow she will appear on Bethenny Frankel's new show Bethenney, where she chats about motherhood and all that weight she gained during her first pregnancy.

When asked if she ate a lot, Duff replied, "Hell, yeah. I got down. More towards the end ... My whole life I’ve worked out and exercised and been in the public eye and always kind of watched what I ate. And this was like a free pass and it was a blast."

Duff added that she would "try not to gain as much weight" if and when she has baby number two, but she still wouldn't go back and change a thing.
