Yesterday, the 21-year-old actress was seen wearing her favorite bowler hat along with a cute casual ensemble as she made her way to Shutters on the Beach in Santa Monica for a fancy breakfast with one of her BFFs.

The Hunger Games star has been soaking up the acclaim as the film became one of the biggest box office successes in history. The break will soon be over as she'll begin shooting the anticipated sequel, Catching Fire, later this year. Last week, it was announced that the movie will hit theaters November 22, 2013. The clock is ticking!
