X17 EXCLUSIVE - Lindsay Lohan Calls Her Attorney, Shawn Holley Arrives At The Hospital

After all her legal troubles in recent years, Lindsay Lohan isn't taking today's car accident lightly -- in fact, she's already called in the big gun. Lohan's attorney, Shawn Holley, JUST arrived at the hospital where Lindsay and her sidekick Gavin are being treated after a car accident on the Pacific Coast Highway just two hours ago.

Holley has repped Lindsay since the beginning of her legal woes in 2007, when Lohan was charged with DUI. The Hollywood lawyer quit her client briefly in 2010, after Lindsay received a 90-day jail sentence for violating her probation on two DUI convictions.

But it didn't take long for Holley to return to her needy client. There were many more court cases to handle and Shawn seems to be the only one Lindsay trusts.

Holley, who represented Nicole Richie, Paris Hilton and other celebs, is now sitting in Lindsay hospital room, plotting their next steps.
