The 19-year-old Can't Be Tamed cutie posted the above pic and the following, "I love being a "fiancee." Aww!

And no doubt, Liam loves been engaged to this gorgeous gal. The former Hannah Montana starlet stepped out for a shopping spree at American Apparel in LA ... flaunting her tight tummy and toned legs. Oh, and did we mention she was rockin' tiny jean shorts and no bra.
