The Grammy winner donned a loose-fitting "Street Wear" tank that showed off her black bra, baggy jeans and a hat, as she made her way to visit her grandmother Clara 'Dolly' Brathwaite, who is suffering from cancer.

Riri, who was seen accompanying her grandpa Lionel to the hospital, shared a Twitpic of her visit, with the caption: "Came to NY, just for this moment right here!"

Unfortunately, the 24-year-old singer could only spend one day in The Big Apple because she had to get back to work in LA. Before jetting back, she Tweeted: "From N.O to N.Y to L.A less than 24 hrs #rocstars**t #daddyshome."
