Longtime Jackson family friend, Rev. Al Sharpton, interviewed Michael Jackson's brother Randy on MSNBC's Politics Nation.

Jackson shared his belief that his brother Michael did not sign his will in Los Angeles on July 7, 2002, as stated on the document. Randy says Michael was in New York on that day on a campaign with Sharpton. During the interview, Sharpton shows video of Michael in New York on July 7, 2002.

Randy believes there is "criminal misconduct" involving the estate executors, John Branca and John McClain.

Just last week, Janet, Tito, Jermaine, Rebbie and Randy Jackson fired off a letter to the current executors of Michael Jackson's estate, Branca and McClain, demanding they resign from their positions because they've "failed to perform" their duties.

A family source told X17online exclusively that the confrontation Monday at the Jackson compound was organized by John Branca ... with Katherine's nephew, Trent, involved in the alleged scheme.
