Talk about power couples! There's more $$$ in these four seats that in some small countries!
Kanye West, who brought Kim Kardashian as his date, and Jay-Z took home top prize tonight at the BET Awards, named Best Group for Watch The Throne, by the entertainment channel. Beyonce snagged the Video of the Year Award for her single "Countdown."
Kanye kicked off the BET Awards tonight with a performance with 2 Chainz and Best New Artist winner Big Sean before he handed things over to host Samuel Jackson who did a "N----s in Paris" parody with director Spike Lee.
An extensive tribute to Whitney Houston drew some tears, with performances by the likes of Brandy, Monica, Chaka Khan and even Whitney's sister Cissy.
Rivals Chris Brown and Drake both took home prizes - they didn't compete against each other in any categories. Chris Brown won for Best Male R&B Artist and the Fandemonium Award, while Drake took the price for Best Male Hip-Hop Artist.
Kim Tweeted her excitement for boyfriend Kanye West and shared a kiss with new pal Beyonce, after their "other halves" won an award:
