Scout Willis will not be heading to jail as a result of her underage drinking arrest in New York back in June, according to the NY Post.
Bruce Willis and Demi Moore's 21-year-old daughter, who was 20 at the time of the arrest, has agreed to perform 2 days of community service.
Willis must remain out of trouble for 6 months.
At the time of the arrest, Scout was booked for open container and criminal impersonation as a result of carrying a fake ID. She reportedly told police her name was "Katherine Kelly."
The Post adds that Scout's good grades at Brown University helped to convince the judge to not throw her in jail.
