She must be getting sick of battling the legal system!

Halle Berry headed to court this morning to continue her fight to relocate to France with daughter Nahla, and despite the tense situation, the Oscar winner appeared to be in a good mood when she arrived with a friend.

The Dark Tide actress is requesting that the judge allow her to move overseas with her 4-year-old, since the paparazzi laws are more strict in that country. Her baby daddy Gabriel Aubrey, who is based in Los Angeles, is fighting the request.

Interestingly, Ms. Berry brought in pal Salma Hayek to testify about the dangers photographers pose to the safety of her little girl.

Sounds like the battle of the century!
