Hilary Duff took son Luca Cruz, 5 months, to her local farmer's market for some coconut milk and fresh produce.

Back in June, Duff said she was "working hard" to lose the baby weight but "doing it the right way ... not too drastic." We spotted her sipping from a fresh coconut Saturday and weight loss experts say this could be a great way to drop those extra pounds.
