Jonas, who kept it casual in black and white striped board shorts and tennis shoes, proudly displayed his bulging biceps in a white tank. Eye candy, indeed. Just last night, Joe hung out with Tom Cruise's 17-year-old son, Connor. Must have been a good ol' time.
