Lindsay Lohan hit the beach in Malibu over the weekend with mom Dina and younger brother Cody, and the family were joined by a few of the actress' close pals. Lindsay rocked a black bikini top and a high-waisted bottom, and this time she stayed away from the cigarettes. Maybe she's trying to cut back? We're glad to see her looking healthy and happy, and after all the work she's been doing lately, she deserves a little R&R!

The 26-year-old starlet tweeted, "Malibu fun by the beach w @SaveTheSociety both of us missing new york but too. nice out to care." Lilo is expected to begin production on Scary Movie 5 in September ... can't wait to get more details on that!
