Despite the drama she left behind in Los Angeles (oh you know, just being accused of aiding two men who allegedly robbed a house she was partying at on Sunday night), Lindsay Lohan was all smiles when we snapped her arriving at JFK International Airport in New York City on Tuesday evening.

The 26-year-old actress was joined by her brother Cody and her mom Dina, and it looks as though she is going to spend some quality time with her family before she begins shooting Scary Movie 5 in Atlanta next month.

But here's our question ... Ashley Tisdale is already down south working on the flick, so is there a reason the two starlets are being separated?
