Lindsay Lohan is a suspect in the theft of $100K-worth of jewelry and sunglasses from the Hollywood Hills home where she was staying last week, according to TMZ.

X17online broke the news of the robbery that took place at the multi-million dollar home of businessman Samir Magid the night that Lindsay and her assistant Gavin Doyle spent the night there with Lindsay's brother Cody and two other friends.

As we reported, police were at the home early on Monday, Aug. 20 and returned around 2pm when Lindsay and her pal were questioned by detectives.

The report claims police have independent sources who can ID Lindsay and Gavin as the thieves. Meanwhile, Magid originally reported the theft but later recanted his story and said nothing was stolen. Hmmm ....
