The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, clad in a skin tight green dress, grabbed on tight to her boyfriend's hands as they made their way out of Dal Bolognese restaurant after dinner.

Considering the couple is kicking off the brunette bombshell's 32nd birthday in the most romantic city in the world, we have to wonder if the Watch The Throne lyricist is planning a proposal?
