A fresh-faced Rihanna decided to push it to the limit when she wore a graphic t-shirt reading "West Coast" on woman's butt as she left a tattoo parlor in Hollywood last night.

The 24-year-old Diamonds singer has just been nominated for the Best Dance Performance category for her hit song Where Have You Been at the 2012 Soul Train Awards. Between that, her latest Vogue cover and her reported plans to go public with her reconciled romance with Chris Brown, maybe a trip to the tattoo parlor is what she needed after all!
