Halle Berry and daughter Nahla were back to their regular routine following the brutal Thanksgiving day fight between the Oscar-winning actress' fiance Olivier Martinez and ex Gabriel Aubry.

Since her four-year-old little girl has witnessed the tension between her dad, Aubry, and future stepdad, Martinez, Halle seems to be trying to get life back to normal as much as possible for Nahla.

Olivier and Martinez have been seeing their lawyers on a regular basis since the fight. Just yesterday, Aubry also visited his legal team while wearing sunglasses to cover his black eye.

Halle's temporary restraining order against Gabriel expires today, however the 46-year-old actress is expected to return to court to file for a new one.
