Hilary Duff took her adorable son with her to Starbucks before a grocery shopping trip at Ralphs in Hollywood on Sunday, and the Lizzie Maguire star made sure her little one kept warm in the cold temperatures by outfitting him in a cozy hoodie and little Ugg boots. Precious!

The blonde beauty has a lot to be thankful for in the past year, and she's the first to admit 2012 has been good to her!

"Having a child is so special. I know it's not NYE yet, but I'm just thinking about my year and feeling so blessed for my precious boy and Mike!" she tweeted on Saturday.

The new mom forgot to mention how grateful she is for her amazing post-baby bod!
