Lindsay Lohan's bank accounts have been seized by the IRS due to her massive tax debt!

The government has filed tax liens against Lilo for failing to pay her income taxes for 2009 and 2010, resulting in $233,904 in money owed, according to TMZ. Yikes!

Even though pal Charlie Sheen cut her a $100K check to help with her tax problems, the troubled actress is still in the hole and the IRS has given her ample time to pay, so now they've taken matters into their own hands!

Sources divulge that the Liz & Dick star is in "full-on panic mode" and is desperate to make some money and fix the situation.

Let's just hope she didn't blow her entire Lifetime paycheck on bottle service, lawyers fees and stays at the Chateau Marmont!
