On Wednesday we spotted the 34-year-old out and about in New York City, and she's just about done with her run on the play Dead Accounts. So what's next? Holmes is set to star in the film Responsible Adults opposite Chace Crawford, which is "a romantic comedy centered on Baxter Wood (Crawford), who realizes that his crush, med student Liz Quinn (Holmes), was his babysitter 15 years ago," according to IMDb.

Wonder if Katie will heat things up offscreen with the Gossip Girl hunk? He may be 7 years younger than her, but he's definitely a hottie!
