Taylor Swift went under the knife "back in April" to get her breasts enhanced, according to In Touch.

While walking the red carpet at the Golden Globes, the 23-year-old country cutie showed off a very curvy body in a backless Donna Karen Atelier gown.

The gossip magazine claims Swift went from a size A to a B cup.

Check out the below photo of Taylor from the 2008 American Music Awards showing less ample assets. Taylor's rep has yet to issue a response to the boob job claims.
