Ashley Tisdale was spotted arriving for her Extra segment taping at the Grove in Hollywood on Tuesday, and the former High School Musical hottie is currently promoting Scary Movie 5, which hits theaters on April 12.

Ash wore a sexy, form-fitting dress for her chat with host Mario Lopez, and afterwards Mario tweeted the shot below and wrote, "Always nice to catch up with @AshleyTisdale on @extratv & @onwithmario ! Big hugs to your mom & grandma... :)" Aww!
